Been reading Romewatch, have we? Interesting weirdo don't you think? All that medieval invective sounds like Hitler. A complete arse, I have no doubt and indicative of an attitude one would hope has long since disappeared.

i'd suggest blueman you try and contain your response to the subject of the thread - maybe telling us why in your opinion frazer is right in his judgements backed with logical arguemtns and not outburst of prejudice and sectarianism.

I'm a pure Ulster man, Irish to the core, NO SURRENDER to the bigots. No you are not an Ulsterman but like you say, Irish to the core, a Sectarian bigot who identifies with a Sectarian nation, in other words not a Prod about the place. I am suprised at you Shades, as I for one thought you weren't the worst, but now you have took your place among the bigots and have shown your true colours, but I suppose that is in keeping with your name, forty shades of green, green, green and even greener. And you have the neck on you to call me a 'bigot'. Perhaps you want to take a wee look in the mirror, my friend, and the wee Irish Sectarian bigot might just be staring back at you. Ah well it wasn't hard to get you to fall into my trap you see I knew the mere mention of Irish and Ulster would would have your sectarian teeth snapping like a rabid dog. So you think I cannot be an Ulsterman and Irish? and the fact that I am somehow makes me a sectarian bigot? that my friend is seriously stupid and as already pointed out shows you to be exactly that. My late father was also an Irish Ulsterman, Protestant and sang the Sash after a few to many, he would have a fit of laughter at your post

Blueman, if you really cannot see the irony of generalising massive numbers of people using crude insults in this particular thread given the original subject under discussion I'd say get down to your nearest Specsavers at a rapid rate of knots a chara!

Its no use talking sense to people like that.
Thankfully they're dying out. Give it a generation or two.

i guess nobody has heard of Malachy Conlon, co founder of the APL, just reading a book at the moment were he is mentioned, seems he was abit of a anti-semite. Its very sweet setanta that you still believe that you personnly will ever see a referendum in northern ireland or that unionists will have some road to damascus conversion to a united ireland, i am afraid you will be disappointed on both counts

They dont need to have a road to damascus, if the majority of the population say yes then it'll happen, unionist consent or not, referendums are not broken into tribal yes and no's, they are simple yes or no's.

So what about majority consent when the ira waged a violent campaign against the majority who wished to remain British for over thirty years?

How the christ is that comparable to a referendum on a united ireland? you cant go out to the polls and vote "i want the IRA to stop" and have them say "aye okay, most dont want it, pack it in lads".
The IRA have stopped, they are the only paramilitary to decommission.
