Has Windsor changed for the better??? Do Nationalists support N.Ireland or attend the games?? Is the IFA doing enough to stamp out sectarianism??

Huge improvements have taken place and Loyalist chants are no longer heard from the stands. Its still not perfect and more efforts are needed but people are trying.

Yes huge improvents have been made and those so called louts who liked to boo players now get booed themselves. I have seen with my own eyes loads of fans turning towards the few boo boys, pointing at them and booing them. Sadly it is impossible to stop all this altogether as sectarianism, bigotry and racism will raise its ugly head now and again no matter where you are, be it the premiership, La Liga, Serie A etc and any international matches, even friendlies.
The Welsh fans or rather some of them attacked N.Ireland fans in a bar in Cardiff because the N.Ireland fans flew the Union Jack, because of GSTQ amongst other things. This was an unprovoked attack in a bar that was of good humour and banter. It was a notorious Cardiff firm that started the trouble, unfortunatley for them they messed with the wrong guys.

This is obviously another April Fool joke, as the recent treatment of Donegal Celtic FC (A West Belfast team) fans is testament to sectariamism that still exists at Windsor Park. And that is confirmed by the PSNI and how they handle the Donegal Celtic fans, to protect them from sectarian attacks.

I think most grounds have their element of sectarianism no matter whether it is windsor or solitude, both are equally guilty as are other clubs. For example Linfield were not able to goto solitude for fear of attack. But thankfully this is now a small element of bigotted supporters. The N.Ireland team gives many people from both sides something to be poud of and something that they can and do support together.

www.linfieldfc.com/latestnews.asp?nid=1943The Management Committee of Linfield Football Club was extremely disappointed at the sectarian chanting of a small section of the Linfield support at today’s game against Donegal Celtic. We have stated before that this will not be tolerated, and it came from a section which does not normally present itself at the Park. The majority of the support today from both sides was superb

It is more than likely that any post I make will be Censored or removed so it makes it impossible to reply to any of that rubbish.
Logical debate and discussion evolves and does move off topic. But Management rules as set down in the precedent set in another thread, any posts off topic should be deleted.
I await to see if management is consistant or selective.

AFD you may see it as rubbish but many don't. Logical debate means there are two sides to the story at least. BTW I don't follow Irish league football just incase you think I am a Linfield supporter or whatever.

Linfield and N.Ireland fans are totally different. Same ground but a completely different mindset of fans

Harry you are not suggesting the Linfield supporters do not support Norn Iron are you?? Not in the slightest, of course they do. I'm saying that supporting N.Ireland and Linfield is different. I'm saying that i wouldn't be surprised to hear sectarian abuse if i were at a Linfield match but i would be surprised and dissappointed to hear it at a N.Ireland match. Likewise i wouldn't be surprised to hear sectarian abuse from cliftonville fans at a cliftonville match but i would be surprised to hear sectarian abuse from those same cliftonville fans at a ROI game.

Windsor? try the oval, went to an Irish cup final Glenavon v Linfield and there where more land rovers on the pitch than players although the riot was more interesting than the game tbh

I must admit I find your logic very twisted Harry.
You freely admit that you expect to hear sectarian abuse from Linfield fans at their home ground Windsor Park .
You then say that these same sectarian fans also support Norn Iron at Windsor Park, but when they do they stop being sectarian!!!
Hello Harry - time to wake up - because you are either dreaming or living in a false sense of reality. It is so mind boggling a concept that any reply to such logic is meaningless. And you have proved my point beyond anything I could have said! QED.

And you have proved my point beyond anything I could have said! QED. I think that you may have a problem with your PC buddy cos its putting stuff on your screen that isn't even there. I didn't say i would expect to hear sectarian abuse at a Linfield match did i??? Maybe you could quote exactly what is on your screen so we can maybe get to the bottom of your PC problem. What i said was i wouldn't be surprised to here it at a Linfield match.......hold on just checking again mate........yes i defo said i wouldn't be surprised Do we need to dig out the meaning of expect and surprised??? Let me know and i will if you want If these Linfield fans are sectarian then of course they will still be the same sectarian person at a N.Ireland match but the difference being their sectarianism will no longer be tolerated at international matches involving N.Ireland. What Linfield fans do is up to them, i'm not interested in them. If BT appears he will give you an insight into Linfield fans. You can't physically make someone not be sectarian but you can stop them displaying this behaviour when they are at international games. I didn't realise i would have to put everything in so simple terms and just assumed you would grasp my point about a difference in behaviour between someone at a Linfield match and someone at a N.Ireland match. Apologies for not being so clear first time and causing that chip to get bigger ;D If you find out whats causing your PC to make up sentences or if that chip is maybe disturbing your vision, let me know

Maybe instead we should hold N.Ireland internationals at sectarian hotbeds like the Brandywell and Solitude.
