Power sharing is up and running. Politics in NI is normalising. Both sides in power seem to be working well together to the absolute shock of everyone. From an outside perspective, the Doc seems to be handling his role very well, and relations north and south have never been better. So what's it like on the ground? Any changes for better or worse?

Its hard to tell how fractured the DUP have become or if all the disent within the party is merely hype or media spin. I know they have had a series of resignations but how this will affect them remains to be seen. Sectarianism is still rife well at least around my neck of the woods, that is the most important thing that needs to be tackled.

Paisley as much as I dislike him, and McGuinness, are doing their jobs very well.
The Governments only been up for a few months, thats not a long time in comparison to years of secterianism.
