Help please - someone help me get back into LU

Hi,

I see unexpectedly LU has arisen again but i can't get in I know my own username obviously but i can't remember my password and i can't ask for a new one as i registered using an email address that's now defunct. Could someone please, please ask Carol or someone to help me get back in without having to register again as I'd like to keep my username the same if possible.
