I must get the Spanish lad or the Italian (who can speak Spanish) in work here to translate this. I looked up the word Camarero and it literally means 'waiter' or 'maid'.

Just got it kinda translated. Camarero is Spanish for waiter. He's like telling a story about getting a fish dinner in a restaurant. Camrero ryhmes with the Spanish for January, which is like used in the first line of a bullfighting anthem, which they sing.
