Sounds fair to me. If they devolve powers, it'll have to be a gradual process to keep everyone on board and with the SDLP and Alliance parties not really having any major baggage from the past would be a good first choice to settle everyone in.

SDLP would be the likely minister as they actually had enough votes to be part of the government.
