This has totally disturbed and sickened me, it is beyond belief. IMHO the social welfare of people from top to bottom has completely fucked up for a number of years now. How many kids have died who could have been saved if social workers etc had been doing there job properly. By no means am I saying all social workers etc but there is something horribly wrong that so many needless deaths have occurred.
I hope and pray that this poor poor child is safe in the arms of the Lord.

I have to be honest and say that I believe the English are weird. They seem not to care about anything that happens outside their front door. Now I am aware that even here people are behaving less and less like a community. But this goes way beyond that. I used to think that the English cared about nothing that didn't affect the English. Now I believe that it goes much deeper than that, they care about nothing unless it affects them personally. How can the people in the street not have known about this
