I was impressed by Martys reaction to it but i can't help thinking why is it different now??? Not long ago Marty would of justified this so it is ironic he now talks about it not being for Ireland etc.

Don't get me wrong. I'd rather have his response like it is now but it must hurt those with loved ones who were murdered and to hear his attitude now.

Yes I did say that and he did vote for sf, I also said he wouldn't vote for them if it was concerning a U.I etc. But now he is spitting hairs as he feels that he fell for sinn fein's spin and lies. He like most other people have seen what sinn fein are exactly up to in N.I. FUnny you should mention him, I was talking to him a few weeks ago and he got slagged to death about who he voted for.

Needless to say sinn fein have lost his vote.

I've canvassed in several elections all over the 6 counties. I've been in Unionist and mixed areas. I've made sure local issues are sorted and made sure people get information they need all over the 6 counties. I've met community groups and school boards.
And I'm from Dublin. and all of that turns into Sinn Féin votes. And I know that because now Paul Butler is in the Assembly in an area we were never given a chance in. We were in with a shot in other areas I worked in but Lagan Valley waas a sweet victory.

And that means what? It means nothing, you can only go by your spoonfed addiction of hatred, lies, spin and deceit. You have to live here, accept facts and experience the good and bad of our communities up here. Running around like a headless chicken canvassing for votes is not the same as living here. One could say you are only a working tourist up here in a different country.

In the last 4 weeks I've had an entire estates pavements fixed, drains and electrical boxs made safe.

Did you do it yourself? Whta about people down where you live, have they no needs or are you like one of those volunteer workers helping out in another country?

Security lighting installed, cycle paths put in, speed ramps on a dangerous stretch, increased Garda Patrols, blocked a dangerous laneway, had roadside showrooms that had cars that were for sale removed and still got out and canvassed against the Lisbon Treaty.

My mistake you are talking about your own country. Good man yourself for doing all this and I mean that but what on earth has all that got to do with you having a clue about up here??

The work was a culmination of 8 months planning and I'm still working on more stuff. and all of that transfers into votes for Sinn Féin.
