The one next to the Invest NI Building caught my eye, across the road from the Ulster Hall and Windsor House..

Have to ask, what IS that building infront of it? I'm sure everyone in Belfast has saw it before - the really old building (the yellow thing in the bottom of the picture). Its been there for years, I cant remember it ever being used other than homeless people sleeping behind the gate to the place.
